I like to skate because it’s freeing and fun and there’s nothing better than having a nice session with the whole squad. But it’s also just as punishing as it is uplifting. It’s taught me that you need to keep pushing through life with attention and confidence. If you’re constantly worrying about all the different ways you could eat shit trying this trick, then you’re never going to land it. You need to make that leap of faith and trust that your body and mind are in sync and that you CAN do it. Same goes for everything else in life. Sometimes you still get bodied but that’s the name of the game.

It gets me from A to B quicker than walking, I also enjoy the workout that skateboarding truly is, ain’t nothing like getting your sweat on every time at anytime;). Lastly the connections and environment that it has put me in throughout the years is nothing short of a blessing can’t think of a life without the people who I can consider family and that’s all thanks to a piece of wood with 4 wheels !JÀH BLESS!
